If you have ordered a product or registered to a service on a 5-day trial basis for €2.00 by signing up to our platform or campaign offer, we suggest you check your bank statement for more information about the current transaction - all our transactions are handled through 3D Secure technology.

You may terminate your membership at any time. There is no binding membership period. If you need to terminate your subscription, please click on the My Account tab. Once your subscription is cancelled, no further charges are made to your credit or debit card. Cancellation is not, however, valid for other active services and/or benefits connected to your account for the period (s) charged.

Please keep in mind that for technical reasons a subscription may not be cancelled within the first 24 hours after having opened the account. If you wish to cancel your subscription before said period, please get in touch with our customer support. You must cancel your membership before the end of the trial period or your trial membership will become a basic subscription and your credit/debit card will be charged at the standard subscription cost of:

Once you have cancelled your subscription, no further charges are made to your credit/debit card. Please note that you can reactivate your subscription or sign up to a new service at any time. Terminating your subscription does not have any impact on other active services linked to your corehomefit.com* user account. corehomefit.com will send you a notice of cancellation to the e-mail address entered when you registered the account. Non-delivered notices do not affect the validity of your cancellation request, which is entirely based on the data stored in the corehomefit.com membership database. However, it is your responsibility as a customer to provide us with a valid e-mail address. It is also your sole responsibility as a customer to check for e-mails that may have been sent to your spam-folder. Please contact our customer service if you need more information on how to avoid errors in e-mail delivery.

The trial membership price is non-refundable. We do not grant any refunds for monthly subscriptions that have not been used. We may, under certain circumstances, decide to offer a refund to a subscriber at any time and for any reason. The amount granted and the terms linked to said refund, as well as the decision to grant a refund, is at our own discretion.

Your subscription purchase comes with a legal withdrawal clause. However, you can only terminate your purchase if the subscription that comes with it has not been activated. Accepting the purchase and entering your corehomefit.com account means you have automatically activated your trial membership. To withdraw your purchase, log off the corehomefit.com platform immediately after the purchase and do not log in again. Contact our customer agents by e-mail if you wish to cancel your initial subscription purchase. We will terminate your subscription at once and offer you a refund.

If you wish to access any service available on our website, you must pay €2.00 for a 5-day trial period. This is a non-refundable amount the moment you start using the service. You may still request a refund, provided that the service has not yet been activated.

Our services include a 5-day trial version of €2.00 with a preset trial duration. When the trial period is over, your membership turns automatically into our standard subscription service in accordance with our terms and conditions, to which you have already agreed. This will occur unless you have terminated your subscription before the end of the trial. In order to cancel your account you must contact our customer support.

Our customer support is available 24/7. You may reach us via e-mail, chat or phone. However, we highly recommend that you contact us first via e-mail. If you are trying to get in touch with our customer support through the livechat service and are experiencing connectivity issues, send us a message via e-mail and a customer support agent will contact you.

Once your subscription has been cancelled by us, no further charges will be made to your credit or debit card. Data stored about you will be deactivated according to our GDPR policy. If you wish to apply for a refund, do NOT activate or use the service once it's been cancelled. All personal information will be erased upon request.
